Everything, the call that they made before arrival to be prepared for us. The check in was easy and they treated us as the royal family. The staff everywhere had a honest smile ,always there to help. The room was very good... dinner delicious, breakfast amazing... Location perfect... Check out was the point to the " i", to make the experience perfect... the staff asked us if we need water for our trip.. Unfortunatly we were short there,but for sure we we will visit this hotel again.. the best experience in Europe. For sure this hotel has to have 2 more stars😊 Thank you to all the staff!

VERY serviceminded & nice staff! Nice rooms and love to have a balcony. Also love to have the opportunity to park the car safe. Ok breakfast and comfy beds.

You rarely will find such great service in a hotel. Also, the linen sheets are just amazing. I love the hotel especially its location is perfect.

Calcirelli Suites is conveniently situated in Verona, and provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed during our weekend break in Verona. Short walk away from the major tourist attractions. Bag store was also available for us to use for our final day as we had a late return flight.

Ideally located in the centre of Verona, Corte Realdi - Palazzo Camozzini is within 600 metres of Ponte Pietra and 600 metres of Via Mazzini. King & Queen of a castle - that is how we felt. What a wonderful stay we had in this very comfortable and well located place. Just 2 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Verona - this apartment is located in a quaint side street. We were welcomed by Dennis who took great pride in setting us up with information on restaurants and places to go. We also took advantage of the valet car service. Well worth it. Highly recommend a stay - go and enjoy!

Albergo Trento is situated in the Verona historical centre, 700 metres from Verona Arena and 900 metres from Verona Train Station. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Location was great, just 8 mins walk from Piazza Bra, and a 13min walk from Porto Neuova train station where the airport bus stops. Staff were very accommodating with great spoken English. Rooms were spotless clean. Breakfast was typical Italian continental style fresh foods.
