From the moment you are greeted at the door by the most hospitable valet staff and hotel managers - you feel at home. This hotel is a beautiful walk into the heart of Austin and we absolutely loved the quality of our rooms and the whole hotel.

They really made this in a nice place to stay, lot's of attention to detail. Rooms are nice and clean as are the shared bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do.

Providing free Wifi and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Hyatt House Austin/Downtown offers rooms in Austin, a 7-minute walk from Capitol Building and 900 metres from Austin Convention Center. Breakfast was excellent and supported gluten-free meals. The room was spacious, and the hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were amazingly friendly. Check-in was smooth.

Wish I would have an extra day or two. It was a bit confusing when the pool was actually open but that was my only feedback.

Staff were all exceptional. Breakfast very nice with friendly staff. I didnt use any facilities so cant speak to that. I will stay there again!
