We were on the 28th floor and the room was extremely quiet. The hotel cleaned the room daily, and left us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Hotel is super busy, but we never had any issues with the lifts or can't get a coffee in the cafe. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that.

Staff has been awesomely nice and kind! The room view over Time Square is breathtaking and room itself is super nice (got the suite with the balcony). I also used that lovely bath tub, super nice. Everything went beyond my expectations.

The chosen hotel was perfect in every way and allowed us to walk to most tourist attractions and enjoy trendy restaurants and bars. We had 4 wonderful nights at the Jewel and I have already recommended to friends

Location, staff, housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful. Desk staff were warm and welcoming and answered every question I had. Was made to feel right at home.

Dotato di un ristorante, il 3 West Club vi accoglie nella zona Midtown di New York. Questo hotel è veramente accogliente. Camera pulita e lenzuola soffici. Il servizio wifi era efficiente. Un bellissimo e spazioso sgabuzzino/cabina armadio per riporre i bagagli. Prodotti bagno di ottima qualità.
