We arrived in the dark and had to wait for the morning to see the surroundings - it didn’t disappoint. The view was stunning, you could see Downpatrick Head and Dun Briste. The inside was as good as the outside - Lianne turned on all the hearer before we arrived so it was warm and cosy. Everything was perfectly clean and we were surprised how modern everything was! Even the bedatress was heated!

From where to start! We noticed that Irish people are friendly, but our host was fantastic. He made us feel like we were hosted by one of our best friends! Very nice place, you wake up in the nature. Very clean-convenient place. We loved the music from the pick-up and the old records. Children did not want to leave the place! Fully recommended

Ballyroe Accommodation ligger i Leap, 13 km fra St. Lovely remote spot, including all the amenities you need. The owner is very friendly an accomodating for our late arrival. The fireplace with wood is a great extra touch.

Farmyard Lane Glamping ligger i en æbleplantage på en bondegård og tilbyder luksuriøs indkvartering samt bjergudsigt. Wonderful host, lovely setting, very comfortable pods. We had a delightful few days here, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good jumping off point to do the Ring of Kerry, or just have a few quiet nights out of town.

Priory Glamping Pods and Guest accommodation ligger i Killarney, 1,1 km fra INEC, og tilbyder indkvartering med have, gratis privat parkering, terrasse og grillfaciliteter. The pods are located on a large private property (with a gate) that is shared by 3 houses. One owner, William (lovely host) has divided his parcel in 7 pods, a half reversed barrel, creating a space of about 25m2 on the ground. It does look like a hobbit house but it is high enough to stand and not burried. It is amazingly quiet, even if Just off the big road crossing Killarney. So it is easy to go to town (1.5km, very busy with buses of American tourists) and to go out to nature without enduring noise. PLus, the pods are meant for 2 people, mostly couples. NO children, no parties, adding to the quietness. The pods are quite recent, so nice, clean, well organised, comfy. Well out of view from one another, so very private! THere are 3 spaces, the bed is in front with a sofa and a table. At the back is a tiny kitchenette and a bathroom that is great. The kitchen has a sink, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a tiny fridge, but NO hot plate to cook an egg or spaghetti. William was just sorting a BBQ area with a hot plate but we did not use it. The space is tiny, though, but that reminds us that it is glamping, so with a camping aspect, not an hotel. The weather was perfect and we could use the private sitting area outside the pod, to have breakfast and dinner. THe location is perfect to visit the Killarney National park, and drive the ring of Kerry. Also Dingle but a bit far (1h20). All three great places to visit. Wifi available!

The breakfast was amazing and Riverside House is just a short walk into town for a great lunch or dinner. The setting on the river is gorgeous as well.

Emlagh, Self Catering Glamping Pods ligger i Kilkee og har have og gratis wi-fi. Chaletet har legeplads. The glamping pods wer beautiful. We wanted somewhere quiet out of the cities and towns for a night for a night of rest, peace and quiet. The pods had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were exceptional and everything was well maintained. Our host was so welcoming, although we did not need to, we felt we could go to them if we had any issues. Kilkee was only a short drive away to go and get some supplies for dinner.
