Puedes llegar perfectamente con un coche normal, el último tramo menos de 2 kilómetros lo realizas por una carretera de arena que están trabajando para asfaltarla. Se encuentra en los pies de una gran duna. Descanso y comida perfecto. No te pierdas los tours que organizan. Nosotros hicimos el tour por las dunas al atardecer. Nos encantó el lugar y el trato con Rashid, ¡muy buen anfitrión! El tamaño del campamento permite un trato cercano con el personal y los otros huéspedes. Las tiendas son muy espaciosas, más de lo que parece en las fotos y están suficientemente separadas para tener privacidad unas de otras. Recomendamos la actividad de dune bashing.

The tent's kitchenette, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. Said es muy buen anfitrión, en todo momento hubo comunicación por washapp para la recogida en un punto accesible para llevarte a su campamento entre las dunas con un coche 4x4. Después pudimos beber te y cafe antes de la excursion con los coches 4x4 por las dunas. Para nosotros esto fue lo mejor de la experiencia en el desierto, luego pudimos hacer fotos con el atardecer y caminar por las dunas. Estuvo bien probar la carne de camello durante la cena asi como pescado. Finalmente acabamos la noche alrededor del fuego conversando con otros inquilinos y viendo las estrellas, fue espectacular. Por la mañana nos despertamos antes del amanecer y pudimos subir por las dunas de al lado del campamento para disfrutar de un amanecer muy bonito, la salida fue acordada a una hora conveniente para continuar con mas visitas, experiencia inolvidable

El Nomadic Desert Camp se encuentra en Al Wāşil. Se encuentra a 40 km de Ibrā y ofrece estacionamiento privado gratuito. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. Un alojamiento muy auténtico. El enclave perfecto, aislado de todo y de todos. Cabañas individuales y separadas, de modo que tienen mucha privacidad. Existen muchos baños y duchas disponibles. La cena y desayuno muy buenos y abundantes. Es gestionado por una familia q es muy hospitalaria. Siempre a tu disposicion te, café y agua fresca, todo ello acompañado de unos exquisitos datiles. Nosotros hicimos una hora en 4x4 por las dunas y luego nos llevaron a ver la puesta de sol a un paraje donde solo estás tú. Nuestro chofer fue Abdullah q es el dueño del hotel, persona muy amable, servicial, sonriente y divertida. Una experiencia inmejorable y totalmente recomendable.

El The camels adventures camp se encuentra en Badīyah, en la región de Al Sharqiyah, y tiene patio. Este camping de lujo cuenta con jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Everything absolutely excellent! Amer coordinated my reservation, then Faiz looked after my stay with great professionalism and friendliness. Food was amazing, dune bashing at sunset is a must. The tents are equipped with a solar panel that supplies energy for a lightbulb, a fan and you can charge your phone battery. Great experience altogether.

Clean. Quiet place. Fantastic food. Very nice and friendly host. Go there don't hesitate. My best choice in Oman. I planed to spend a night but stayed for longer. I have seen all other camps this one was best. if you look for peace in the desert or plan to go across the desert they will help. - no thanks

El SAFARI-Glamping ofrece alojamiento en Bidiyah, a 50 km de Wadi Bin Khalid y a 20 km del desierto de la localidad de Al Hawaiyah. It is an amazing camp, with great food, a friendly staff and a big room.

We've been looking to find a great desert camp for one night, as we really wanted to view the "desert" and its beautiful sand dunes. After reading a couple of reviews and prices, we decided to stay at Alsarmadi Desert Camp, because most people loved the friendly staff hosting this camp. And the reviews were right! Unluckily our daughter turned sick during our stay in Oman, and we were not sure if we could make it in time to the meeting up (desert pick-up by 4wd-car). Prior the trip we went to a doctor, so we couldn't respect the schedule. but that wasn't a problem, the driver al farouk was super friendly and told us, that we should just text him the time of our arrival and he'd pick us up. as soon as we made it to the camp, we could see a baby camel, and were greeted by baby goats, that we could feed. we loved it, and so did our daughter. the camp is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and every tent has its own bathroom (very basic, but great for a desert). the location is perfect...all you see is sand. there are no other camps around, and you don't see any villages from the camp. the manager/owner Saeed was also super welcoming. The whole staff: camel guide, and cooking staff, were super welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast and couldn't complain. our favorite part was the sunset.. which is quite specacular, watching it from a sanddune.
