La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

host was very helpful, we had morning flight and it was no problem to check earlier :) the place is in the hard of monmartre and we could hear the bells of wonderful church next to apartment. Many cafes and restaurants around. Apartment has nice interior and very clean. there are kitchen were you could prepare proper breakfast :)

This is one of the rarest finds that you can come across here. A private mansion filled with artworks, design objects and sweet memories of the past opens its doors - and from now on, I can hardly imagine staying anywhere else while in Paris. With its cosy intimate setting, Villa du Square gives you a feeling of home away from home, of a stay at friends’ rather than in a hotel. The grand piano in the salon is a cherry on the top for those who need to practice while traveling :-) And yes - the location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the service is warm and accommodating.
