Offering a garden and mountain view, Hotel Kappa3 Villas is situated in Vlorë, 1.1 km from Liro Beach and 2.5 km from Coco Bongo Beach. Kevin (the host) was super friendly, he was happy to help with anything, really a great guy. The location has a perfect view towards the sea and the sunset in the evening. Although, the road to the apartment is a big tricky and bumpy, but it’s manageable. The room was super clean, it was spacious. We even had dinner at the place which was good, although I have to say for Albania are overpriced (maybe they should reconsider lowering a little bit). But I personally didn’t mind paying a bit more since Kevin and his family are doing a great job managing the apartments. The breakfast was also very good, maybe the coffee quality could be improved but that’s not such a big deal for me. There is also a safe private parking. I highly recommend to stay here, it’s a great value for the money.

The rooms were clean and completed with all the amentities described on booking page.

Beautiful place with amazing sea views. Our room was big, nice and cosy with very nice balcony. The pool area is also very nice place to relax. Staff was very friendly, they provided a baby cot for our daughter. The food was amazing - especially grilled fish for dinner was great and breakfast was also delicious. It is possible to pay by card and the prices are very reasonable. Location is very nice, there is a beautiful beach and old submarine tunnel, it is an easy hike which takes about 30 minutes one way. We can recommend this place and we will come again.

Sunny guest house, a property with a garden, is set in Vlorë, less than 1 km from Vjetër Beach, 2.8 km from Independence Square, as well as 3.6 km from Kuzum Baba. The owner is so kind and friendly, she tried her best to satisfy us. On our first day, she left us cold water, which we needed most because the weather was so hot and our water was already hot as well. She let us use washing machines, and AC is working greatly. The facilities are so good!

Very clean and nicely kept and furnished villa. Friendly and nice hosts. They don't speak English, but their children help them with communication over Booking messaging. Great and well equipped kitchen and large fridge. Good and quiet location in Vlorë. 1.2km to the closest Big Market supermarket. 1 km to Vjetër beach. On the side of city closer to Nartë beach and Zvërnec. 2.5 km to the Vlorë port and 3.2 km to the bus station.
