A bit of a walk up from the boat but you have to walk to all the accommodations, plus this one is super near to restaurants.

This place is amazing! The house turned-hostel feels like a hotel. I stayed in a private room and it was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. Everything is clean, good breakfast and you get the most amazing views. There's a meditation/yoga room and beautiful gardens. Perfect to relax. Close to restaurants and small shops. The owner will help you with anything you need. I truly enjoyed my stay! Just keep in mind it's quite a steep walk to get there!! Pack light!!

Located in Comunidad Challapampa, Hostal Cultural Bertha Challapampa Isla del Sol parte Norte features a recently renovated accommodation 2.4 km from Chinkana and Mama Ojjlla. The staff were nice, they put small shower soap on the bed with towel and close to the northern beach.

We arrived at Inti Wasi after a day of travelling and Yanette introduced herself and brought us all a cup of coca tea to our room which just set the tone perfectly. The lodge was a tranquil and gorgeous place and you can really notice the care that the family put into making your time there enjoyable. The breakfast was so good before a day of hiking around the island - eggs served fresh everyday! They have a restaurant too so if you are feeling tired then you can enjoy fresh homemade pasta and pizzas there in the evening! Just an overall 10/10 stay and could definitely have stayed there longer - Isla del Sol has a piece of our hearts thanks to this amazing place and people!!

The shower was hot, bed was extremely comfortable and it had many blankets to keep you warm, as well as a electric heater in the room if you needed. (it gets cold here at night) the location right at the port means you don’t have to carry your bags up the massive hills, but you still get great views of the lake an mountains. Breakfast was delicious and the owner even ferried us up to the north side of the island so we could hike back one way.
