Loved the gardens and hammocks to relax in! Great location on main street close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, walking distance to ferries and sea lions lounging close by. Walking distance to Charles Darwin Research Centre. Rooms were simple but clean! Lots of hot water available in the showers.

The property is very clean, beds are big and comfortable!! The owners helped us a lot to organize our two weeks in Galapagos and helped us book accomodation on the other islands too…they’re lovely 😊 We liked the location, a little out of the main area but at just 10 minutes walk…far enough to have a good night sleep away from all the noise!

The host was super nice and helpful. Room was big and nice. internet was decent for Galapagos (don’t expect to make any video-calls in Galapagos).

I had to travel to other islands before checking in at the hostal in Santa Cruz and they kindly allowed me to keep my stuff for a few hours while I waited for the boat. Check in was easy and fast. Upon arrival, I was placed on a shared dorm but when we turned on the AC, it was leaking and staff came over and tried to fix it but because of the curfew, they couldn't find anyone available that day and so they moved us to private rooms for that night. I really enjoyed the upgrade. There's a nice terrace upstairs and the hostel is quiet in general, so you'll be able to rest. It's also very close to the port and to the main street and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Then they fixed the AC the next day and I was lucky because I had the whole dorm to myself for 2 nights in a row. The place was clean and the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. I can definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable, loved the kitchen and the fact that there was water to refill our bottles, you also have a privy locker to store your food (non perishable). Good location. Very simple and straight forward

The room was clean, wifi worked well. Staff was friendly at the reception and in restourant. It’s only three minutes walk to main pier. A/C was working great. Just perfect experience!
