Fully furnished house, very quiet and each room has its own private space, we have a large comfortable and spacious living room, a large and spacious kitchen, dining room and American style high chairs. We have 2 full bathrooms, showers and a bathroom, clean and neat. Room A and B share the same bathroom. Room A has a balcony, which makes it unique and has a glass table with 4 spacious and comfortable chairs where you can have coffee or food. All rooms have large multimedia TV with TV channels. Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc. Come choose our house, a unique and different space, you will feel at home. Casa completamente amueblada, muy tranquilo y cada habitación tiene su propio espacio privado, tenemos una sala de star grande cómoda y espaciosa,, cocina grande y espaciosa, comedor y sillas altas tipo americana. Tenemos 2 baños completos, duchas y baño, limpios y aseados. La habitación A y B comparten el mismo baño. La habitación A tiene balcón, lo hace único y tiene una mesa de cristal con 4 sillas espaciosas y cómodas donde pueden tomar café o la comida. Todas las habitaciones tienen Tv grande multimedia con canales de Tv. Netflix, HBO, youtube, etc. Ven escoge nuestra casa un espacio unico y diferente, te sentirás como en casa.

We are just 8 minutes walking to the brigthon beach subway, 13 minutes walking to the beach, we are close to the beaches of Coney Island, Manhattan Beach, close to Sheahead Bay just 10 minutes walking, where there are many restaurants, the Macys shopping center, the Sheadheabay cinema 20 minutes walk away, many retail stores here near the area, just 5 minutes away, many stores open 24 hours a day, and only 50 minutes to the center of Manhattan by direct subway line Q and B subway. Estamos a tan solo 8 minutos caminando hacia el metro de brigthon beach, a 13 minutos a la playa andando, estamos cerca a las playas de Coney island, Manhattan Beach, cerca a la bahía de Sheaheadbay a tan solo 10 minutos andando, en donde hay muchos restaurantes, el centro comercial Macys, El cine de Sheadheabay a 20 minutos andando, muchos stores de venta aqui cerca de la zona , tan solo a 5 minutos, muchos stores abiertos 24 horas al dia, y tan solo a 50 minutos al centro de Manhattan en metro directo linea de metro Q y B.
