Mt Field Retreat provides air-conditioned rooms in National Park. Guests can make use of a garden. Guest rooms at the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. Nice and clean and with mod cons. Great warm shower with powerful heat lamps. Good kitchen once I worked out how to use the stove.

The Bears Went Over The Mountain offers boutique hotel accommodation in Geeveston's town centre. Each room includes a TV and a private en suite bathroom. We loved the antique, yet comfy bed, the large bath tub, the wood fire & the delicious breakfast that the lovely owner made for us. She also provided informative information on the platypus who live in the local creek. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait for Mr Platypus, so I bought a post card of a platypus photo! Well done to the owner of Bears Went over the Mountain! We were in room 2 on 26.11.22.

Amazing and understanding hosts, we were able to check in early due to a family emergency. The place we stayed in was clean, presentable and had a sea view. Just the location of the cabin itself was wonderful. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. Loved that place. Would definitely recommend and will go back some time again in future for sure.
