The Saudi gentleman who met us when we checked in was super nice -- he actually arranged the upgrade I think because (1) we have a small baby with us, and (2) we're both from Riyadh :)

I liked that we were able to book into our room before 4pm. The breakfast that are available are excellent and also drinks are available all day. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was better than i expected.

When we had problems with the rental car, he took care of it and spent over 1 hour on the phone with the rental company. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back.

We were 2 people, but it can accommodate a family with 2 or more children with a bunk-bed style arrangement in the second bedroom.
