Great staff, was greeted by front desk clerk upon entering or exiting the hotel. The evening clerk was able to give us suggestions for dining and shopping in the area. Loved our jacuzzi room and the hotel ‘Club Cabana’ facilities, indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, and sauna. We did our own little nordik spa using the sauna, the shower and pool for the cold plunge, and the indoor hot tub for the relax. We used our birthday free appetizer coupon received at check-in, at the hotel restaurant for supper. We were able to watch the Leafs in a spectacular OT win in the bar in the hotel. The next morning we used the restaurant for breakfast and their Starbucks grab and go station in the restaurant to start our morning. 😀

Having breakfast at the hotel is great. It’s always hot, clean and great service. This is my second stay at Quattro, everything has been consistent. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is great.
