Llegamos despues del horario del check in (sin avisar) y nos habían mandando toda la información por mail para recoger nuestras tarjetas de acceso en una keybox al lado de la puerta principal, fue super facil y rápido. Las habitaciones eran enormes al igual que el baño. Las camas tambien muy grandes y super comodas, sin dudas una de las partes que más disfrutamos. El desayuno lo brindan fuera del hotel, en el edificio de en frente. Tambien fué excelente, variedad enorme y todo muy rico y fresco. Posee un estacionamiento exterior bastante amplio, por lo que ir en auto es ideal. Sin duda volveríamos a ir!

It is a fabulous place to stay for both work and even more for a great vacation. The location is superb, you can jump on a train after a 10 min walk and go to Switzerland or further in Germany. Fantastic breakfast buffet as well. We visited for the second time and it has proven that this is a great choice.

Friendly family run guesthouse. Beautifully situated, driving through the forest to get here. Beautiful views. Large clean spacious room leading to a large shared terrace that can be partitioned for privacy. Room no.4 had tea, coffee facilities, sofa and table and a large, clean bathroom. No fridge in the bedroom, but water and drinks available from shared fridge in the landing. A lovely touch when holidaying in Germany. Breakfast was delicious with choice of meats, cheese, jams, fresh bread rolls and juice, and their scrambled eggs were the best ever! Beautiful restaurant also for an evening meal. We had the steak, and their grilled meat plate. Homemade fries and more fresh vegetables would have been more appreciated on the plate rather than just shop bought fries. However the meat was perfectly cooked. Dessert was delicious. Great choice of wine available.

Everything was awesome. We were warmly welcomed. We were asked if we prefer to stay at the ground floor or on the first floor (there are balconies). The room was pretty nice are very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast very delicious. The house is in a very quiet area, and not to forget to mention Mrs Hierholzer, she is the host and she is very friendly and kind. If you need something or help, she is guiding you and gives you useful tips. We were also looking in the vecinity for a rental and she asked someone if they have something for us and told us where to go to get more details. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this guesthouse if you want a quiet zone, a delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
