This small, family-run hotel is situated on the banks of the River Bidasoa, on the Irun-Elizondo Green Route. Its heated rooms offer mountain views and there is also a free Wi-Fi zone. The breakfast was good with fresh fruits, ham, cheese... The location is nice next to a river. Even if close to the road, we didn't hear anything during the night.

A historic and charming building dating back to the 18th century, carefully restored in 2002 into a comfortable hotel. The staff was exceptional. I had hiked my way from Irun to Bera and during the hike I got bit by a dog. Upon arrival at the Hotel Churrut, The staff called the local medical facility and coordinated a taxi to bring me there and return. When I returned from the medical facility they provided some food because at that time all of the restaurants and stores were closed. I am very grateful for their service and support. The room was clean comfortable. I would stay there again.

Our Host was a lovely lady she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, she ran a lovely bar downstairs where we had a great meal.

Well thought out including important things like good matress, efficient heating, lighting, outside space, furniture etc. Very confortable for couple or small family.
