A Regency house overlooking Ullswater, the Macdonald Leeming House has an award-winning restaurant and views of the Cumbrian Fells. It is a 15-minute drive from the M6 motorway. Great staff, quiet and relaxing location, beautiful facilities , great food… we felt like kings during our stay.

By Ullswater Lake, Patterdale Hotel offers home-cooked food, a garden terrace and lounges with fireplaces. Hotel Patterdale is between 2 scenic mountain ranges. The staff the hotel and the setting are all absolutely amazing. We were taken great care of and the food was to die for. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time here in Glenridding.

Lovely accommodation and staff. Barton Hall has loads of character. Breakfast was excellent. Nice little discovery, will definitely be back!

Waterfoot Park asub UNESCO maailmapärandi nimistusse kuuluvas Lake Districti rahvuspargis. Mõnes majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Everything was fantastic. I have stayed in hotels across the world that are not near as good as here. I will be back.

Aia ja aiavaatega Lowthwaite B&B asub ajaloolises hoones Watermillockis, 13 km kaugusel Askham Hallist. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Peretubades on piknikuala. Jim is a superb host. He is friendly yet organised and runs a tight ship. Exactly what we needed as it takes all the stress away. The day before pre-order system for breakfast made our mornings much more relaxed which with two older kids was valuable to us. Jim was also very accomodating helping us with anything we needed, be it an extra heater or fresh towels - and we loved the daily muffins. The food here is incredible, both the range of choice and the quality, all freshly made too. Rooms are spacious, clean and have real charm. We couldn't have hoped for a more pleasant 4 night stay and our two children thoroughly enjoyed their first ever B&B experience in their two floor 'suite'. We have had to warn them though that this is probably the best they will ever stay in, downhill from here. We hope to be back next year.

Adam had offered to cook me a full English breakfast, however, as I was competing in the Helvellyn triathlon I was leaving early in the morning. In response, Adam cooked a BLT each for my Dad and I the night before and left it in the fridge for us the next day. Additionally, he left out a range of cereals for us for the morning. The accomodation itself was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful location, and the facilities were excellent. It even had Sky Sports!!

1863 Restaurant with Rooms asub rahulikus Pooley Bridge'i külas, vähem kui 500 meetri kaugusel kauni Ullswater järve kaldast. The rooms we had was very cozy and unexpectedly luxurious for a small village. Great breakfast with lots of options to choose.

Woodhouse Lodge asub Cumbria piirkonnas Pooley sillal. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Derwentwater jääb 30 km, World of Beatrix Potter 37 km ja Buttermere 43 km kaugusele. The lodge was spotless and furnishings were so comfy. The owners have paid great attention to detail and their is everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful touches such as prosecco and fresh flowers on arrival. The hosts are on site due to being a working farm and they are so friendly nothing is to much for them. Only 10 mins walk into poorly bridge.
