Staff are nice and helpful. The location is incredibly good for transiting passengers from and to the airport. Everything is perfect, especially the service, including the professionalism of the staff. I must express my appreciation to the front desk lady who organized an out of schedule pick up, very impressive. I will come back next time when i travel to Jakarta again.
