Pembroke Kilkenny is a 4-star boutique hotel located behind Kilkenny Castle. The property offers air-conditioned rooms, dining, drinks, Mint Medispa and corporate facilities. Amazing breakfast. No buffet but served on the table with excellent choice for 15 Euros. Location is fine, very near the castle. It is a bit far from the Big green bus stop, but the town is small and with normal luggage it is managable. The room was very big and the window could be opened which is something I like. I had a nice view of the cathedral.
