Huge brekkie, great little in-house onsen style bath and shuttles to Mount Myoko resorts. Twin rooms are massive.

Great hospitality, lovely lodge, home cooked meals were delicious, everything was literally onpoint! Best kept secret is their craft cola - be sure to order a Hare Cola soda after a long day at the slopes

Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, 森の宿 ビヨルク is located in Myoko. Bjork was very comfortable, clean and stylish. It is nestled in the middle of the woods so some of the windows framed the natural beauty of the Myoko area. The couple who run the place are meticulous about every detail and you feel well taken care of from the first moment to the last. We ordered the breakfast both mornings and it was delicious and satisfying. It was nice to come back to the smell of a fireplace after a day on the hills. We will return there if we go back to Myoko in the future.

Located within 200 metres of Akakura Onsen Ski Area and 7 km of Myokosuginohara Ski Area, The Address Akakura features rooms in Myoko. All rooms boast a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Great studio room with plenty of space. Nice bath and shower, comfortable bed. Didn't use the cooking facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful, assisting me with a few problems that I had during my stay and were very pleasant to deal with.

Situated just a 2-minute walk away from Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, Akakura Wakui Hotel offers simple accommodation with natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Great location, Daisuke and family were fantastic. Very helpful in organising transport as well as sending luggage from accom to airport.

Set 34 km from Zenkoji Temple, 銀明荘 offers 3-star accommodation in Myoko and has a restaurant. 46 km from Suzaka City Zoo and 46 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park, the hotel offers ski storage space. This guesthouse is really good value for money. The owners are very sweet and welcoming and make this place feel very homey. It’s also a good location, walking distance from lots of restaurants and to the ski slope. They have a real Onsen, the room is clean, a good size and warm and they have a drying room in the basement. If you’re looking for a budget option this is a great choice. Would definite recommend and stay again. (But don’t expect western standards, this is a traditional Japanese guesthouse)
