This is our favorite hotel on a 14 days 8 different cities road trip in Mexico on the whole Yucatan peninsula. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel looks and style and the location too. The bed on the standard room was a little bit too small for me and my girlfriend, because I'm a bigger muscular guy. The staff guy saw this and he offered to me a bigger room with a bigger bed, double upgrade, because that's an awesome suite for the same price. Everybody and everything is professional. We like it hear and we like Merida.

It was recently opened a couple of months ago, everything is very well organized and maintained. Rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and with a nice terrace. The common area with the pool and restaurant is spacious and very inviting. Breakfast was delicious. Locations is great at the end of a famous street in Valladolid with many shops and a couple of min walk to the center. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. I rarely give a 10 but this hotel deserves it.

In my honest opinion this was one of the nicest stays I have ever had. The family that runs the hotel welcomed us in to this beautiful garden and did everything to make our stay rememberable. How can it not be after meeting with their very unusual pet walking around the garden? 🤭 This hotel offers a calm tranquil atmosphere with the best service you can get, just a skip away from Chichen Itza. Highly recommended!
