Nice seating area outside with pantry corner that you could cook at. Water boiler!!. Free luggage storage. Hotel style breakfast spread (cereal, sliced meat, cheese, variety of drinks, scrambled eggs etcetc!). Location was great too.

Excel·lent! El millor hotel que hem estat al Perú. Les habitacions són cómodes i el bany és gran i ben equipat. La ubicació de l'hotel és immillorable a pocs minuts caminant de la Plaza de Armas d'Arequipa, però en una zona tranquil·la i segura El desdejuni està boníssim. A l'hotel compten amb un restaurant molt recomanable! El millor de tot l'atenció per part de tot el personal, van ser molt amables i van aconseguir que gaudírem molt de la nostra estància a Arequipa. Sense dubte tornaríem a este hotel!

La recepcionista Kate es una excelente empleada que me ayudó bastante con mis planes de viaje, ofreciendome muchas sugerencias de lugares para conocer!!! Todos de este hotel son muy chéveres!!! Es bonito, limpio, cerca de la plaza de Armas. La ducha es buena. Las camas son muy confortables!!! El desayuno es ríquisimo!!!

We liked everything about our stay. The hotel is very nice, the bedrooms are comfortable and the staff are the best. Noeli at reception and Arleth at the restaurant were amazing. The fact there’s heating in the bedrooms is also a big plus.

The location is as good as it gets! Next to the Santa Catalina Monastery, a short walk to Plaza de Armes, staff was wonderful, a great restaurant with exceptional staff. Would come back anytime.

Colca Lodge & Spa is a mesmerizing place and would be a primary reason to return to Peru one day with an extended relaxation stay in mind. I booked the place only because I wanted to visit Cruz del Condor and watch the condors early in the morning and this place seemed close enough. I wasn't prepared for private grounds with llamas, alpacas and hummingbirds, 24h hot springs which, yes, we did use after midnight, and on-site spa with excellent massage services. All of that is located at the mouth of the most breathtaking canyon I have ever seen. Yes, I have been to the Grand Canyon - Colca is deeper, the scenery is more extreme and I generally find it more beautiful. The wildlife is spectacular. On top of plenty of condors and hummingbirds, we also saw wild horses on the mystic pre-Incan terraces, which intersect the less imposing slopes. I should also mention that we only had limited time to spare for Colca, but we really wanted to optimise our stay in this beautiful place so the staff let us check out late at no extra cost in order to have time to enjoy the spa and the hot springs. Thank you so much for this! Finally, if you can, book the lodge! With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people easily and comes fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, outdoor dining area and a lounge deck.
