Boabab tented camp is off the main road and right in the middle of the game area. Zebras came up into our camp at night and we heard various sounds at night. Accommodations were very comfortable, but the cloudiness during the day meant that we didn't have much hot water. Staff was great. Meals were excellent, which was great coming in after a day driving around.

The hosts were extremely friendly, the food at the bonfire was tasty, the huts were traditional yet new and well-kept, and the amenities (water except no hot water, solar lights, etc) were well-maintained and clean. Family with 2 small kids enjoyed the trip on the way to a national park, but we would also return for a longer cultural immersion.

Great breakfast as well. When we were the only guests to have lunch, the chef composed our menu with us - The view on the lake and the environment are amazing. We did a nice walk along the lake and saw some animals like impalas, monkeys, birds etc. We even saw a big group of wildebeests just passing down our plunge pool! - I have to finish with what impressed us the most, which was the staff, always nearby but discreet, ready to answer all needs of the guests, they always made sure we were comfortable.
