Perfect location, just south of Wind Cave National Park (11mi.) ! Hotel owner was super friendly and genuinely kind. The mini golf was a fun addition and good bonus to a busy vacation. Hotel was very clean, the most important priority.

Everything went well. We have stayed at this venue several times, and it never fails to highly please us with the experience.

Very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a fridge in our room, but we were able to freeze our ice bags in their freezer overnight. The staff was very lovely and had great suggestions for dinner.

we arrived a little late in the evening but the staff were amazing and super friendly. they helped us out so much and the rooms were stunning, cleaned an huge! from the sink to glass map desk every detail was perfect.

The breakfast was good for eating on site or taking away. There were many places to eat it on location. The coffee was excellent. The owners were very friendly and sociable plus gave us good information about the region. The location was perfect and the view was so relaxing. We wished we had had more time to enjoy the outside amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer at this location.

Location, lots of activities to do

the Rocket motel has character. The owners are charming and helpful, rooms are super clean and comfortable. it's in a perfect place to visit Rushmore monument, and several parks and attractions. perfect

staff was very friendly and accommodating. the pool area was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The staff care about you as a person and in my case, spent some time getting to know me when I checked in. would highly recommend.

This is a really great hotel. We went in the off season so there was plenty of freedom for us to get around the hotel and see the area. Breakfast was great. A non-dairy creamer would have been nice, but the food was good with plenty of options. The bathroom is really small, to be fair, but the room was really nice and comfortable.

We had a great time. We had no idea there was so much to see right there. So close to Mt. Rushmore. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and the staff was incredible. So friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

The location is absolutely beautiful and super close to all the beautiful hiking spots and attractions in the area. The hot tub was a nice bonus to come back to after a long day of travel and hiking. The cabin was clean and comfortable! There are fire pits and grills for the perfect outdoor experience. Daniela was so kind and attended to what we needed. She is the best. We can’t wait to visit again!

The staff is awesome , really go out of there way for the guests. Was difficult to say goodbye. Go engaged on the train. The staff went out of there way for as , just left it in there hands and didn’t expect it would be that awesome , well done guys.👌🏻👌🏻

We came from Germany and had a wonderful stay. The cabins are super cozy with a wonderful view. It’s clean and the owners are super friendly.

Beautiful area, we loved the quaint shops and many sites to see ! We will return!!

This motel is very nice. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. Bed is good. Bathroom is very small, but it's ok, and again: nice and clean. The serve a complementary grab and go breakfast, with good quality products. And this motel is cosy!!
