Dear Modern Sea view Studio. I really enjoyed my stay at Seaview Studio1. The room layout was excellent, with every detail thoughtfully designed for the comfort of guests, and the quality was impressive. It was especially pleasant to have coffee, tea, and basic groceries available upon arrival, which immediately set a relaxing atmosphere and allowed me to transition smoothly from daily concerns to vacation mode. The presence of a washing machine and other appliances was a much-appreciated convenience, contributing to a comfortable stay. Additionally, the availability of pools and the accompanying infrastructure greatly enhanced the overall experience. I had a wonderful time at your place and will definitely choose Seaview again for my next visit. My friends and I look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for the warm and pleasant hospitality!

Great appartement. Clean and a lot of space. With private parking. By car in appr 10 minutes in Benalmadena or Arroyo. (There is a bus stop in front of the building). One of the nicest things is the huge roof terrace. With sea view, mountain view and all day sun. If you have questions, Manuel reacts quickly, We certainly can recommend this appartement!!

-Responsive and helpful host. Very kind and willing to answer questions. Bright and happy apartment with a view of the ocean. Very clean and welcoming. Looks just like the pictures! -great facilities: we especially loved the pool. The grounds were nice, there is a snack bar by the pool, an arcade and restaurant, plenty of space, and shade. There is a nice grocery store inside the apartment building that had everything we needed. It was really nice to have easy access to fresh fruits and veggies, which can be hard to come by on vacations. -great location to beach and restaurants : The beach is right across the street. I loved that we could spend all day at the beach while still coming back to the apartment for lunch or bathroom breaks. -near bus-stops, easy to get to/from the airport or train station, or to other beaches. There is a taxi-hub right outside the gate of the property if you need one, but we were fine using the buses.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was nice, clean and had a great view. There were enough towels for a week, the kitchen had everything you could need. The communication with the owner was great and very helpful. The complex has a supermarket and some nice pools, but it is full of stores and restaurants nearby anyway. The park across the street from the complex is great for a walk and it also has playgrounds (my daughter really enjoyed them). It was perfect for us.

The complex is 20 minutes from the airport and has lovely communal spaces. Reception staff were courteous and efficient. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay be it self catering or simply as a base. It has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, kettle, microwave, hob, utensils, pots and pans and plates and glasses. It has a washing machine, ironing board and cleaning equipment which I appreciated. The host Sean, was in contact before and during the stay to ensure all was present and correct. There is a small supermarket on site, a lovely pool, pool bar, games room and cafe. It is a 5 minute walk from the park to one side and 5 minutes to the beach via the side gate, with all it's cafes, pubs and restaurants. The apartment and location could not have been better and we would not hesitate to recommend this property or its owner.

Beautiful location outside of the hustle and bustle of the town but a short walk in or bus/taxi. Accommodation was perfect and Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 star service. Will be back next year

We stayed a whole week at Apartamento Marina Suite and it was perfect: very central, very clean, fully equipped and beautiful apartment, cosy patio to enjoy the sun, high speed Internet, big android tv and Ronald is super friendly, available and helpful. Perfect experience, we highly recommend.
