We had a dream holiday from the first moment we entered the hotel until the moment we checked out. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were sooo delicious. The sea and the pool were perfect. The staff at the reception was very helpful and smiling. I have never seen that kind of sincere hospitality in other hotels. I guess they call this “REAL EGYPTIAN HOSPITALITY”. All the staff at the hotel did their best to for our needs at all times. I understood from the smiles in their eyes that they do their work with great love. I will definitely go again. I had a minor jetski accident and had trouble walking the first day. General Manager Mr. Omar,saw me at breakfast, he helped me by saying "please don't get tired, we will help you". it's hard to see such thoughtful and helpful people together in the same place. I would like to say BIG THANKS to General Manager Mr. Omar, who made us feel like at home. And also Thank you all hotel staff, Mr.Gendy, Mr. Metwally and the other staff whose names I can't remember. IT WAS PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR MY FAMILY. DEFINETLY We will come back again 🤍 🤍👏🏻

Watersports activities are also available. Very modern and luxurious interior, great beach, very clean and beautiful rooms. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and goes an extra mile for you. We were feeling a little sick and they made sure we are comfortable, checked on us and tried to make things easier, by offering us e.g. dinner delivered to the room or later checkout. I truly wish we stayed longer and for sure will be back.
