The location is in Anachal which is 25 minutes from Munnar, which is a good thing. Munnar can get really over crowded. The hotel was a nice small property with just 18 rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The GM (Balaji) is also very exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Note: Keep your expectations low in terms of roads to the hotel. This is the case for most properties in that area.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and offered all of the essentials. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

Ubytovanie Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom sa nachádza v destinácii Kumarakom 4 km od miesta Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Gokulam Resort is a beautiful resort. Built two years ago, it has amazing layout and amenities. The approach road to the resort is deceitful, once you enter the gates to the resort it is magnificent. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, more than willing to help. The reception area is built majestically and the wood carvings are exquisite. We had a private that is accessible 24hrs through our unit. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with lots of vegetarian options. The Spices and the aroma of the food was very exquisite. There is open air amphitheatre with performances from local artists in the evenings. Yoga class held by Shibin in the morning starts of the day with good posture and breathing exercises. There is a games room with chess, carrom board and table tennis. There is a small artificial lake with kayaking, paddle boating. Overall we had a relaxing holiday. The resort organises sunset cruises in the evening.

They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!
