The hotel was very close to the center of Venice, only few minutes walk from San Marco square. The room was well kept and very clean. Everything in the room looks new. Very comfortable bed. Very good WiFi. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. All hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was prepared by owner herself and it was a very nice selection of things including home made bread. She was very warm and welcoming. Always tried to make sure all the guests are happy and we could see that she enjoyed hosting visitors alot. It was a short distance from city centre and all the places and restaurants we were planning to visit. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our coffee in the garden with a view of city rooftops.

The location is in perfect position for those wanting to visit towns and cities nearby. We planned to visit Venice and Milan, but the local area had so much to offer. There's a café next to the pool that serves great food and coffee. I highly recommend it. 12 out of 10 stars for everything. We wanted to stay another day but had to come home. We've already discussed coming back next summer. I've been all over the world, and this is my number one location for all the reasons above.
