Boasting a terrace, La Concordia - Boutique Hotel is situated in Panama City in the Panama region, 3.6 km from Bridge of the Americas and 5 km from Ancon Hill. The rooms are incredible: gorgeously decorated, spacious, and comfortable with all of the modern amenities. We had a corner (Room 8) and another room (Room 9) on the third floor. Although both were excellent, the corner rooms are worth the splurge. The location is great--steps from great restaurants and bars and within a short walk of everything in Casco Viejo. The challenge is that you won't want to leave the room to explore the city! The service was a also sharp. On arrival we were able to check in early and provided a helpful set of recommendations for restaurants and bars. They did not steer us wrong. The front desk also arranged convenient on-site COVID testing for our return flight to the United States.

Offering an outdoor pool and spa centre, Central Hotel Panama is set in the historic centre of Panama City, 200 metres from Presidential Palace. First, the hotel is absolutely stunning. Second, its history was an added bonus we didn't know about until we started talking to our tour guide and the receptionist at the hotel. Lastly, the location was perfect for walking around the historic area of Casco Viejo. There are tons of restaurants and cute shops all around the hotel.

Magnolia Inn is housed in a refurbished French-style colonial manor situated in Panama City’s Old Town. It offers terraces, a shared dining room and a common use kitchen. The hotel was conveniently located in the old town of Panama City/. we had a top floor private room with excellent views over the city. The public rooms and kitchen were kept clear with a continual supply of excellent Panamanian coffee and offered a great place to relax and meet fellow travelers.

Offering massage services, a furnished terrace with Panama City views and a garden with outdoor furniture, Las Clementinas is located 350 metres from Plaza de la Independencia square. We loved everything about our stay at Las Clementinas. The room was clean and spacious with a great AC ( very important when you come back sweating). The staff was helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Casco Viejo, with a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Tantalo Hotel - Kitchen - Roofbar, is set in Panama City’s historic San Felipe Casco Viejo district, 2 minutes’ walk from Cathedral Square. Due to protests in Panamá, I was retained in San Blas for two more days than expected so, unfortunately I was not able to check in at the hotel. The hotel, however, refunded me for the night due to unexpected circumstances, which was very nice, since my reservation was non refundable. Hope to come again to Panamá city and stay in this hotel in a near future!
