We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. We stayed at the Global Hotel twice and each time had rooms with great views - we could see the skyline and also partially the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and once can relax at the pool.
